Well we're having a nice time here in Winter Park, CO. BJ and I had a crazy time getting here (long story)... and so it's been so nice to get out on the mountain. We made our way up to the highest point in the area today. Here's my sister Julie and her boyfriend Jason...

Countdown to Colorado!

We'll be in Winter Park in just four days! We can't wait to go skiing (Jessie) and snowboarding (BJ)! We'll have pictures to share soon! Also, tomorrow we visit our puppy one more time, before picking her up for good after Colorado. :) We can't wait to see how much she's grown. :)

In other news.... in a commendable show of peacemaking last week... Annie and Sid decided to put aside their differences (for the sake of just one small piece of blanket to share)... and spoon. Annie's all "I'll be the big spoon!" Sidney's all "I'll be the little spoon!" :)

Sadie is adorable!!! Jess has been my great friend since ninth grade biology class. She and Ryan are going to be such wonderful parents! We can't wait to meet her! :) Love you Jess!

Happy (belated) Thanksgiving!

Not too much time to write, but just wanted to give an update on Thanksgiving! BJ's dad and sister Maria joined my family (Julie, mom and dad) for a nice Thanksgiving dinner at our house. It was my first time making the big bird, and it turned out pretty good (although a little late). Thankfully everyone's bellies were patient with me! My brother Eric and his friend Megan joined us after a quite a time getting here (getting towed twice!). We also got to meet Julie's friend Jason who came up for the weekend. :)

Our New Puppy!

We got to meet our puppy today! She's flippin adorable - a little brindle female boxer. Now we can't wait to bring her home - just over a month now until she's old enough! Right now she's just about two weeks old.
